About Us
We’re Octavian and Celeste Pavlov, a missionary couple serving full-time in Romania as part of Hope Partners International. Through communication, sponsorship, and hands-on ministry, we support the work of Hope Centers—helping bring hope, stability, and the message of Christ to children and families in need.
